Deliver Staging Links & Collect Client Revisions
As a freelancer, you use BotDigit Review to deliver web deliverables without messy back-and-forth emails.
Go to /dashboard/settings/profile and ensure your role is set to Freelancer.
Visit review.botdigit.com or your workspace visual review tab, paste your live/staging URL, and generate your 8-character Share Link (e.g. /r/V0rLpKlR).
In your active contract deliverable box (/dashboard/freelancer/contracts), paste the review link. The client can QA and approve release of milestone escrow directly from the canvas.
Add interactive review links to your public CV/portfolio (/freelancer/yourname/cv) to prove your responsive design and QA excellence to future clients.
Review Deliverables & Approve Escrow with 1 Click
Clients have zero login hurdles. Open the review link, drop comments on live elements, and release funds when satisfied.
Click the review link in your contract notification or email. You do not need to register an account.
Click directly on text, images, or forms to leave feedback (e.g. "Change button color", "Fix layout on iPhone").
When the developer resolves all pins, click "Approve Milestone" at the top of the canvas to release the escrow payout.
Funds stay securely locked in BotDigit Escrow until you are 100% satisfied with the visual deliverables.
Manage Multi-Client Reviews & Lock Feedback Rounds
Agencies handle dozens of client review links with team permissions, Pastel migrations, and scope freeze guards.
Navigate to /dashboard/agency/profile to set up your team roster and client project pipelines.
Use the 1-click Pastel importer on review.botdigit.com to migrate historical client feedback and comment pins with zero data loss.
Toggle "Freeze Review" after Round 1 or Round 2 to lock further pin submissions and ensure on-time milestone sign-offs.
